These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Canadix Limited ("Zinx", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of zinx.com, licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under permit KGC-LIC-CAN-2026. By creating an account, depositing, or placing any bet on Zinx Casino, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Betting Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Your use of Zinx Casino constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their then-current form. We may amend the Terms at any time; material amendments take effect 14 days after notice is sent to your registered email or posted in your account inbox. Continued use of the platform after that date is deemed continued acceptance. If you do not agree with a change you may close your account and withdraw your verified balance at any time before the change takes effect.

Each player may hold one Zinx Account. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address or shared device are prohibited and may be merged, suspended or closed at our discretion, with affected winnings voided.
To meet our licensing and anti-money-laundering obligations we run a multi-stage Know Your Customer process. We may request the following documents at any point during the Account lifecycle:
The standard KYC review is completed within 72 hours of receipt of all required documents. Complex cases involving source-of-funds review or sanctions screening can take longer; we will keep you informed. Until KYC is completed your Account operates under a pre-verification deposit limit of CAD 1,000. Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete.
Zinx operates an Anti-Money Laundering program consistent with the standards expected of a licensed Canadian-facing operator, drawing on the framework of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and reporting to FINTRAC where required. The program includes:

Deposits are credited only after the funds clear and pass AML screening. Failed deposits may result in a temporary cashier block for security reasons. Zinx does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or network may.
Withdrawals are paid back to the original deposit method wherever technically possible, in line with industry best practice and AML rules. Where the deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g. some prepaid options), payouts may be sent by Interac e-Transfer or bank transfer after additional verification.
Safer-gambling tip. The "Lock withdrawal" toggle on the cashier converts a pending withdrawal into a one-way transaction — once activated, you cannot bring those funds back into play even on impulse. We recommend turning it on by default.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months without a login or a real-money transaction. Before applying any dormancy fee we will email the registered address at least 30 days in advance. The dormancy fee is CAD 5 per month, charged on the lower of the available balance and the fee amount. The Account can be reactivated for free at any time by logging in.
Promotions are governed by their specific terms, by this section 10, and by the Betting Rules. By accepting a bonus you accept its terms in full.

The following actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of bonuses and, where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement:
We may suspend or close an Account on grounds including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory or licensing requirement, responsible-gaming concern, or unresolved KYC. Suspension is normally communicated by email; closure for cause is final and is communicated with the reason where the law permits us to share it. You may close your Account at any time through [email protected]; the available balance, after pending bets are settled and applicable AML checks have been completed, is returned to a verified payment method.
If a game, market or platform error or malfunction affects a transaction or settlement, we may void affected bets, reverse the relevant credit or debit, and restore the Account to its pre-error state. If a winning amount has been credited in error, you agree to its reversal, and we may deduct it from your future winnings if it has already been withdrawn. We are not liable for delays, failures or disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, internet outages, cyber attacks, denial-of-service incidents, payment-network failures, or the unavailability of a third-party game provider. During such events we will use reasonable efforts to restore service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount you have lost on Zinx during that period, up to a maximum of CAD 50,000. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, and for any loss of profit, opportunity, data, goodwill or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where the law prohibits exclusion or limitation — including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability under provincial consumer-protection legislation that cannot be contracted out (such as Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, and equivalents).
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Canadix Limited, its officers, directors, employees and licensors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Account in violation of law, or your provision of false or misleading information at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, software, source code, content, game art, sound design, copy and other intellectual property on Zinx are owned by Canadix Limited or by our licensors (including third-party game studios). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Zinx for personal, non-commercial play, subject to these Terms. Any copying, scraping, reverse engineering, framing, mirroring or commercial use is prohibited without our prior written consent.
Email to the address registered on your Account is a valid channel of legal notice. You agree to keep that address current. We send three categories of message: transactional (deposit confirmations, withdrawal status, KYC requests, security alerts) which you cannot opt out of while the Account is open; service (policy updates, regulatory notices); and marketing (promotions, bonuses, surveys) which are sent only with your express consent under the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and can be withdrawn at any time from your account preferences.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms — for example as part of a corporate reorganisation — provided that the assignee assumes the same commitments to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kahnawake, Province of Quebec, Canada, and any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory. Consumer-protection statutes of your province of residence continue to apply where they cannot be contracted out of. Nothing in this section limits your right to refer a complaint to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, an independent ADR, or the relevant provincial regulator.
If a court finds any provision of these Terms to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent within the limits of the law. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Betting Rules and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
If you have a concern about your Account or our service, please follow the three-stage process below. We aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, regulatory change, or business circumstances. Material updates are notified to your registered email at least 14 days before they take effect, with the "Last updated" date at the top of this page also reflecting the change. Continued use of Zinx after the effective date is deemed acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may close your Account and withdraw your verified balance before the change comes into force.

If we cannot complete KYC, deposits are returned to the original source after standard fraud and AML checks, and the Account is closed. Any winnings unable to be linked to a verified identity are forfeited per section 5.
Standard withdrawals on Interac, cards and e-wallets are free. Bank transfers below CAD 100 may attract a small administrative fee, which is shown before you confirm the payout. Network fees on crypto withdrawals are borne by the player.
Pending withdrawals can be cancelled (reverse withdrawal) before they are processed, returning the funds to your playable balance. For safer gambling we recommend enabling the "Lock withdrawal" option, which prevents reverse withdrawals once the request has been placed.
The number of times a bonus must be staked before winnings become withdrawable. Our default is 35× bonus — meaning a CAD 100 bonus must produce CAD 3,500 in qualifying wagers. Specific offers may apply different multiples or apply the multiple to (deposit + bonus); the offer terms always govern.
Email [email protected] from the address registered on the Account, asking us to close it. If you are closing for safer-gambling reasons, please use self-exclusion instead — it gives you a stronger reopening barrier.
Escalate per section 21: start with support, escalate to senior management at [email protected], and — if still unresolved — refer to an independent ADR (eCOGRA or IBAS) and/or to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
